I saw this wonderful series of shots by photographer Giles Revell documenting raw fish ingredients sourced at Billingsgate Market, London. The shots were commissioned for a recent editorial for the forthcoming issue of Port magazine. I first had to look closely to clarify that they are indeed photographs, as they have this wonderful painterly quality.
